Stonehenge... and tomorrow is the flight to Israel

Tomorrow the flight.
Friday morning I'm in Israel meeting everyone in the airport.
Friday noon Schoona...
Friday evening.. who knows?
And I can speak Hebrew again (if I still remember how to speak it).
Today I went to the Stonehenge with Shirly and Maurice. I've been waiting for that trip for a long time and I'm happy that I've been there. You just can't imagine how many people had to carry each stone there... There are stones the which are 3 times taller than me, don't mention it's width. So there had to be approximately 100 men dragging each stone (If they had Baboons from the Schoona 3 men would be enough but there was no Schoona these days). There are many amazing things about those stones but if it's really interests you you can ask me personally because it's a bit hard for me to explain it all in English (especially when I'm writing and not talking).
That's it for today I guess, tomorrow I'm meeting my grandpa David and in the evening I will take the bus to the airport for my flight home... I hope you enjoyed reading this blog I really enjoyed writing, I think I will write just one last post when I will come back home but this is definitely the last one I'm writing not in Israel (at least in Eurotrip blog).
That's it...
Love you all
keep in touch.

Leaving Dublin... last words

Hi there...
For those of you who got addicted to my blog sorry for not writing for the last few days.
Today is my last day in Dublin and I just can't stop thinking on all the adventures which I had past the last month... Of course there are lots of things which happened and I didn't write even one word about them...
Yesterday I've missed the bus to London of course so I had to stay here in Dublin for today. I've found out that travelling is very different from what I thought it is. I thought it is only walking in beautiful places, having a nice time and knowing other people... but it is so much more, when you are travelling your pace of life become much slower, you never know what you are going to do tomorrow, and even if you know it is never certain that what you planned is really what's going to happen.
I thought that one month will just make me want to travel more... but I think I will wait with my big trip for a while... I think when you travel, at least for me it's the first time that you are really alone, even in my years in the army, no matter how hard the situation was, there are always people with you. I'm not saying that I had hard times, but just the knowledge that you are on your own makes you think different, actually I didn't really like that feeling... maybe some people do because they think it gives them freedom but I've got all the freedom I want in my own home. Although it's really nice to be independent I think next time I will travel will be at least with one friend. I don't really like looking for company and you can be independent enough with friend you know for more then 8 years... (I mean the Schoona of course). I don't think it's the time you travel which makes you see more things, it's actually the pace you make your trip... I think my pace was pretty fast. I've never stopped in one place for more then several days and everyday I tried to see everything so actually I'm pretty tired... Hmm that's it I guess. tomorrow I'm going to London which is my last stop and then I'm coming back home. I've heard from Gal that the Schoona want to meet me in the airport, well I hope it's truth. Waiting to see you guys. Oh and I really wish I could be in Ronit's farm Operation... we have to do it another time when I'm in Israel.
See you all waiting forward to see you.
Eyal.

Saying goodbye

:(
I've said goodbye to Marvin and Niels, And actually I'm starting to feel that's the
We took pictures and promised to see each other again but now they are in Holland and I'm staying here in Dublin. It was very nice to see all the family again. I've even met Rita, Beno, David and Evelin. It was very funny that all of us actually meeting in Ireland but it was nice talking a bit of hebrew for the first time since I landed in Dublin. It is very nice to relax a bit now, it is a bit hard only to travel all the time an you need a few stops from time to time and I think now is the right time. I'm not doing too many things right now, but it's nice and I want things to keep on in that pace. I guess I will take the bus to London on Sunday and it might take all day. While I'm in London I'm planning to go to the Stonehenge and to meet Guy (which I knew on the plane and he is working in England now). Hmmm that's it I guess.. then I will come back to Israel. There is only a week left but I know I'm going to return to Ireland. There are too many things that I've left for the next time. That's it for now...
See you later wherever you are.

Playing chess in Dublin

Hi everybody :)
I've arrived back to Dublin...
I haven't done anything special the last day... We woke up late and we were too lazy to do anything, so we just watched cartoons on the TV until 3 o'clock... Then we understood it's the time to leave Galway and to come back to Dublin... Niels and Marvin had train tickets so they took the train and I took the bus (which was mach slower and it took something like 5 hours to arrive to Dublin because the pass trough every village on the way. of course when I arrived Dublin I had no clue how to find the youth hostel but I'm already used to these kind of things and it wasn't too hard to find it. At the youth hostel I've found out that there is a chess club every Monday. Of course what I've done for the rest of the evening was playing chess (and I've even found out that I'm pretty good at it). So I've decided that the moment I'm landing in israel I'm signing to a chess club.
That's it for today I guess... no interesting views today but I'm pretty tired of all that green and castles.
love you all.

Learning to jugle in Galway

Hi there...
I'm in Galway now, what an incredible city. yesterday we were just too lazy and we stayed to sleep until 12:00 am... so we didn't go out of the city. But the city has a lot to offer.. We were in the city meusium but it had nothing really interesting there, it was all in English as well and I think all of this was too mach English for me...
So after the meusium we walked by the coast to Salthill. I must tell you that the coasts in israel look mach better. The sand in the shore there is dark-grey-brown with lots of dead plants. while we were walking it started raining so we had to stop for a coffee but it was worth it because after the rain there was a nice rainbow which ended right in the middle of the sea. Later we bought pizza in the supermarket and cooked it in our oven, and of course in the evening... went to an Irish pub (oh and of course, you still can't compere, the pubs in Ireland are mach better). that's it I guess... today we are going to the cliffs of moher and I must finish or I will miss the bus. Love you all!

Travelling with the Dutch

Hi there.

Still no pictures yet, you will see tomorrow.

I'm in Galway now for those who know where it is... Yesterday I've met two Dutch guys called Niels and Marvin. yesterday we went for a trip near Ross castle... I didn't take too many pictures because I was too busy talking about politics and to explain everyone why Israel is right in the conflict. when we came back we tried to book a room for today but there were no rooms... Sooo we went to Galway for the big search for the truth... Well we didn't find any truth... but after a long trip in the bus that took 5 hours we arrived in Galway. While searching for food and a place to sleep we have met Oliver. Oliver is renting rooms for tourists in cheap prices.. we wanted to bargain with him but after we saw the room we just passed the idea... They are hotel rooms... so I'm sleeping in a hotel room that costs me 20 euro per night (a night in a youth hostel costs me 16 euro and it's a room with 7 more people... So I'm sleeping in a hotel room tonight and we are going to cook Spaghetti for Dinner... tomorrow we are going to the Cliffs of Moher. Hope you are having a nice time.
See you all whenever I will see you.
Oh and we've played Poker last night but I don't have the time to write about it.
Yours
Eyal the Batlan.
